Connection issues with the Dock

My ST-MOD will not connect to SeaDock

1. Check to make sure that SeaDock is indeed on the correct com port

2. Open the raw communication window to get a better look at what the tag is doing if there are small dots or dashes on the green side it means the tag is charging

3. If you are still experiencing an issue with the tag not connecting please see the quick tutorial on how to restart the tag (place tutorial link)

ST-LOT/SAM will not register any of my commands

1. Place tag in direct sun light for over an hour

2. Try the programming sleeve to start the process of moving through the programming states
