Tony Sandoval, a 21 year old high-school drop-out who was originally hired as an assembler but now works as an engineer. He has become an expert in engineering new products using the company’s design libraries, and has even contributed some new components of his own. The company sometimes displays a graphic that shows Tony in skateboarding gear surrounded by his designs – a kid that has become a successful engineer.
