1. Search “event viewer” in the windows search bar.

2. Click "import custom view..."

3. Point to the “DSS ERROR REPORT.xml” file supplied by DSS. 

4. select the “DSS ERROR REPORTS” under the custom views folder.

5. click “save all events in custom view as…“

6. save as “YOUR_NAME_HERE”.evtx, to the desktop. 

7. Click Display information for these languages, check English

8. Send the .evtx file to DSS customer service
